Wooden Houses are the most basic form of housing for a town's citizens. Like other types of housing, they require heating to stay warm during the winter. A single wooden house holds one family, and up to 8 people. Houses may also store resources that the occupants can consume.

Wooden houses require much fewer resources to construct than stone houses, but they require more fuel to keep warm during winter. Wooden houses can be upgraded in-place to stone houses, allowing you to reclaim some resources.
