Fishing is a source of food in Banished. However, taking fish faster than they can reproduce will lead to extinction and starvation of your citizens[1]
The Fishing Dock enables Fishers to fish for fish as a source of food.
It can only be placed next to a body of water. A fishing dock needs to be built next to a body of water before fishermen can start their work.
